The Perfect Storm - CIPSA 5th Annual Conference programme released

The Perfect Storm is the theme for The 5th CIPSA Annual Conference, the region's premier procurement conference, the programme for which has recently been released in draft form.

Containg a sub-theme for the four seminar streams on "Oppotunities and Threats for procurement", the programme has been released earlier than usual to assist potential delegates with their planning.

"Given the current climate, we felt it would be wise to release the programme earlier than usual", said Nigel Wardropper, Event Director for CIPSA Conferences. "While the plenary programme is basically confirmed, we are still refining the seminar programme and expect to have this finalised in the next few weeks".

In the meantime, delegates can take advantage of the "mega-early-bird" booking discount, which expires on 22nd July. Delegates taking advantage of this discount can confirm their seminar choices at a later time.

"It will be a hard act to follow last year's Annual Conference, which attracted almost 700 delegates," said Wardropper, "but we do feel that we have developed an exceptionally strong programme that will deliver real and immediate benefits to those attending. Procurement need's to seize the moment that the Perfect Storm provides and this programme will equip them to do so cost effectively".
