Andrew Allan, Head of Procurement Services at Gen-I, will discuss the challenges of attracting and retaining great procurement staff on 31 August at Cliftons Training Centre in Auckland.

Andrew manages a procurement headcount of 105 people with low staff churn and industry best practice engagement and collaboration scores. Andrew will explain how he is tackling the challenges of attracting and retaining staff on a daily basis and will talk about:

• Staff engagement and collaboration programs
• People development roadmap templates
• Leveraging partners and third parties to assist
