Australia plan to source Indian workers to address skills shortages

The Australian federal government is in talks with its Indian counterpart to launch a plan to address Australia’s growing skills shortage by sourcing up to 30,000 Australian-trained Indian graduates.

The Financial Review reports that officials from both countries are in talks with training bodies and resource companies to develop a training system with the potential to train up to 100,000 Indians for both India and Australia.
