Western Australian logistics and transport operator Centurion is continuing its expansion after announcing a $10 million investment for new premises in Broome and upgrades to its Port Headland facilities.

These upgrades are set to position the company for significant growth throughout Western Australia’s north west region.

“These new developments improve our capability to support the regional communities in the Kimberley and Pilbara whilst also providing much needed investment to sustain the increase in infrastructure projects through the region,’’ Executive General Manager Mark Doig said.

The company says the Broome facility stretches 20,000sqm, while the upgrade to the Port Hedland site includes a new warehouse, offices, dock facility and sealed lay-down area.

Centurion, which runs a fleet of more than 750 trucks, operates sites in Carnarvon, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Kununurra, Newman and Tom Price.
