CIPS Australasia Accredited Recruitment Provider programme

CIPS Australasia (CIPSA) has sent out expressions of interest to companies around Australia for the CIPSA Accredited Recruitment Provider (ARP) programme.

This ARP programme is established to recognise the recruitment providers who demonstrate ongoing expertise and commitment in recruiting procurement professionals in Australasia, and who have also agreed to uphold a set of recruiting standards in line with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Ltd (RCSA).

As the rise in the stature of procurement is being reflected by the increase in the number of procurement recruitment providers in the Australasian region, the choice of recruiters can have the potential to create confusion in an already confined marketplace.

CIPS Australasia exists to promote and develop high standards of professional skill, ability and integrity among all those engaged in procurement and supply in Australasia. CIPSA assists individuals, organisations and the profession as a whole.
