Huge response to CIPSA Contract Manager Survey

CIPS Australasia has received an overwhelming response from a recent survey, ‘How do you rate as a Contract Manager?’
 
By completing the assessment, participants were given access to a new online tool that identifies the individual’s Contract Management profile by international expert Dr Sara Cullen, Managing Director of The Cullen Group. They then received a 16-page personal report.
 
Dr Cullen said that the response from CIPSA members was a fantastic result.
 
“A great response was given to this survey, with CIPSA members providing a significant contribution of information,” Dr Cullen said.
 
“The information provided is very important as it enables each participant to benchmark their particular style against their peers. The sheer volume of responses also enables comparisons between purchasers and providers, public and private sectors, and procurement and non-procurement personnel at very high statistical confidence levels,” she said.
 
“A White Paper will be published in the new year that will provide great insight into the various traits of people working with contracts within Australia and the effect on individuals, teams, and organisations,” she said.
