Purchasing cards - using best practice to derive business benefits
The CIPS Australia QLD Committee warmly invites you to our next event to hear Matthew Horne from Visa provide insight to global and local commercial payment trends.
As Product Manager of Commercial Solutions, Matthew helps enable small businesses, multinational companies and government entities to streamline their payment processes, manage information and supply chains, and reduce their administrative costs.
Matthew will discuss:
• Findings from a recent global cash management survey
• Best practice for implementing a purchasing card program
• Research on procure to pay metrics in Australia
• Case studies outlining the real benefits generated from a successful purchasing card program
Speaker
Matthew Horne joined Visa in 2005. The primary focus of his role within Commercial Solutions is data services and reporting for government and corporate clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Visa, Matthew was with Westpac for nine years where he worked in a variety of roles within the Corporate & Institutional Bank including projects developing and launching internet based solutions for corporate, institutional and government customers.
He also spent four years in London, working with international banks in financial markets, operations roles.
