CIPSA Qld Regional Lunch Event a great success

The CIPSA Queensland Regional Lunch Event, ‘Developing a compelling Scope of Work: Maximising value and de-risking the process’, held on Wednesday 13th April was a great success.

Jane Harley, Litmus Group leader in the field of Procurement Transformation & Capability, presented a very interesting and succinct overview on how to get the best value outcomes from the Scope of Work throughout the life of the contract. 

Jane passed on some excellent strategies to help improve the SoW and the business process surrounding it.  The Litmus Group were thanked for their sponsorship of the event.

More than 80 delegates attended.
