CIPSA WA 'Creating a Roadmap for your Procurement Organisation' event, 28th July

The CIPSA WA ‘Creating a Roadmap for your Procurement Organisation’ event will be held on Thursday, 28th July in Perth and will focus on performance measurement.

Nick Reynolds, a Director with top-tier accounting firm KPMG and head of Operations in Perth, will be the guest speaker. 

He will discuss performance measurement through the use of a maturity matrix KPMG have developed, based on their global procurement projects.

In an interactive session, discussion will include how to measure an organisation against the matrix. The breakfast will also describe how to use this model to measure performance and create a roadmap.
