Exciting opportunity to join this Australian Stock Exchange listed CBD based company awarded on a 3 month temporary contract with potential for extension.
In this role you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of trends in supplier spend across all areas of the business, and will work with the Procurement Manager to propose solutions to keep spend in control. You will be required to map the processes related to the procure to pay process along with preparing and analysing spend reports for the purpose of defining sourcing strategies, tracking sourcing exercises benefits and report on business compliance to policies, plus ensuring vendor compliance to signed agreements.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience analysing data and processes whilst being able to make general assumptions and recommend action plans. You will also have the ability to leverage your technical skills in the achievement of team objectives and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced Excel or/and Access skills are essential in this role.
