SCLAA 'Logistics Lounge' event in Queensland

Supply chain innovation is a key strategic element for competing in challenging times. This Logistics Lounge on Friday 7 August at the Queensland Cricketers’ Club addresses executing SCOR and managing in volatile times.

Alan Scott, partner at Deloitte Growth Solutions, and James McIntosh, manufacturing specialist at QMI Solutions, will speak at the event, which is hosted by the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA). 

Alan will discuss issues in responding to the change in economic conditions, with organisations looking to a deeper appreciation of their end-to-end supply chain in order to identify and deliver business opportunities.

James will talk about SCOR, the supply chain scoring process for streamlining and improving supply chain performance.
