CIPSA members: your chance to provide feedback

CIPS Australasia members will receive an email in the first week of November inviting them to participate in a short online survey conducted by Beaton Consulting on CIPSA’s behalf.

Consisting of 16 questions, the survey will take 15-25 minutes to complete.  Half the questions are specific to CIPSA and half are more general; this year including questions about sustainability in the Australian business community.

This survey is an excellent opportunity for members to:
• Provide feedback on CIPSA’s performance as a professional Institute
• Provide feedback on CIPSA’s services for its members.

It is an excellent opportunity for CIPSA to:
• Identify areas of strength and room for development as seen by its members
• Be benchmarked against the other 34 organisations and institutes that participate in this survey.

This survey is sponsored by BRW magazine.  The data collected from the survey contributes to the BRW Client Choice Awards presented annually in March.  The awards are the most prestigious awards for professional service firms in Australia because they are determined by the views of people who matter most: members and clients.

CIPSA receives valuable data from this survey, which it uses to develop as an Institute to best meet the evolving needs of its members.  The more members that participate in the survey, the more informative and useful the results are.

Members who complete the survey can receive a summary report of the findings and have the opportunity to enter a draw for one of four $2,500 travel vouchers or $250 Amazon.com vouchers from BRW and Beaton Consulting.
