The government has appointed Ernst & Young to conduct a ‘market sounding’ which will shape a competitive bid process for several new hospitals and upgrades. The O’Farrell government has committed to a $4.7 billion health capital works programme over four years, including $921 million of capital spending in 2011-12. |
