2012 Olympic carbon procurement on target

London 2010 Olympic organisers have reported that they are on target to cut the carbon footprint by 100, 000 tonnes of carbon emissions in the procurement of materials and venue construction.

The recently released report stated that Games organisers are on track to “delier the world’s first truly sustainable Olympic Games”.
