CIPS Australia has great pleasure in providing a package of procurement template documents and guidance notes for the benefit of our members. These documents span the spectrum of normal sourcing activities; from the initial identification of potential suppliers via a Request for Information (RFI) process, through obtaining proposals for supply goods and services via a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process to the formation of contracts and purchase orders that set out the terms and conditions that govern the intended supply.

By using these documents as a basic framework you could complete a major sourcing transaction from start to finish or, just as effectively, use ideas and extracts to fill gaps in your current procurement documentation library. How you choose to use these resources will be up to you - just bear in mind that they are purposely generic and CIPS Australia expects the templates will be primarily used as "thought joggers" that will be modified to suit your specific circumstances.
