This session will focus on practical insight and techniques to maximise the value of the Scope
of Works Specifically this session will cover:

• Gaining input – Acceleration techniques for stakeholder input and sign off
• Empowering the business – Five things they need to know to develop a scope of work
• Identifying & Managing Risk – A useful framework
