CIPS Australia will host ‘Developing a compelling scope of work: maximising value and de-risking the process’ in Brisbane on Wednesday, 13th April 2011.

This session will focus on practical insight and techniques to maximise the value of the Scope
of Works Specifically this session will cover:
• The Table of Contents – A Checklist
• Gaining input – Acceleration techniques for stakeholder input and sign off
• Empowering the business – Five things they need to know to develop a scope of work
• Identifying & Managing Risk – A useful framework

Guest speaker Jane Harley, Litmus Procurement Transformation lead, will be there to explore these topics.
