Half-day supply chain workshop in Melbourne

This half-day LAA workshop in Melbourne, Continuous Improvement for the End-to-End Supply Chain, will demonstrate, with hands-on involvement by “learning by doing”, the extent of potential improvement by:

• Seeing and understanding work – the importance of knowing what frontline people have to do to create and deliver value
• Understanding the concepts of flow and waste

then creating a future IDEAL state vision … with cross-functional teams – a culture not a project.
