Many organisations find it difficult to identify and quantify the potential of “doing better things”. This half-day LAA workshop in Melbourne, Continuous Improvement for the End-to-End Supply Chain, will demonstrate, with hands-on involvement by “learning by doing”, the extent of potential improvement by:
• Understanding the end-to-end process
• Engaging all stakeholders
• Understanding how value is created - from the customers view point
• Seeing and understanding work – the importance of knowing what frontline people have to do to create and deliver value
• Understanding the concepts of flow and waste
• Identifying the reality of the current state – the way it actually happens now …
then creating a future IDEAL state vision … with cross-functional teams – a culture not a project.
