CIPSA team grows with profession

The CIPS Australia team based in Melbourne is expanding to facilitate even better representation and support of the increasing CIPSA membership, and the wider procurement community in the region.

 
In the coming months, CIPSA is aiming to recruit an Assessment Coordinator/Manager, a Head of Communications and Strategy and a Head of Professional Practice.

CIPSA Managing Director Jonathan Dutton says building the team puts the organisation in the best possible position for 2010.

“These new appointments reflect our commitment to growing and strengthening the profession as we look to continually build on what has been achieved since CIPS’ inception in this region.”

Two new staff members also join the team this month.  David Hagan has started this week in his role as Finance Manager.  He replaces Tracy Jee, who is leaving this month after three years with CIPSA.

Sandra Reiser will be working with the training team for the remainder of 2009, providing support as they launch the comprehensive 2010 open training programme.
