CIPSA launches free Training Needs Analysis Tool online

To further assist people working in procurement with professional development planning, CIPSA has introduced a quick tool on the Institute's website that assesses your procurement strengths and identifies areas for future training and development.

Provided at no charge with support from PMMS Consulting Group, the Training Needs Analysis Tool has been designed to assist procurement professionals plan training for the year for individuals or the team, identify areas for on-the-job development and support an internal business cases for training.

The tool, which takes less than five minutes to complete, is mapped against all the public training courses* CIPSA offers, recommending courses that can fill any skill and knowledge gaps.
