Over 75% of the Transport & Logistics workforce is male, yet is it is globally proven that organisations with gender
diverse teams are 20% more effective in profitability, productivity and innovation.


Women Moving Forward is a unique professional development program created specifically for women within the T&L sector. The program is administered by the Australian Logistics Council (ALC), supported by the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia, and utilises Emberin’s 10 week self guiding mentorship program - My Mentor - Challenging Women to Step Up.

An information session on the Women Moving Forward program will occur on Thursday 23rd April 2009 at The Hotel Bruce County, Mount Waverley.
